I can’t remember where I read this, but I thought it was worth writing about. A quick way to “make” your own tumbler. Get a jar of mayo and some shot (mixed shot) squirt some dawn dish soap (I like the classic non concentrated one). Fill the jar of mayo with hot faucet water just enough to cover the shot, close and SHAKE SHAKE SHAKE!!!

I personally haven’t tried it. I decided to spring for a tumbler (no it’s not top of the line, but does what I need it to do.) I usually tumble a min. of 7 hours, I can’t imagine shaking a mayo jar for so long. ha ha!

But it may work nicely to shine up your jewelry creations
